Rarity will only accept returns under the following condition(s):

• Signs of pre-received damage (tares, rips, burns, stains, etc.) Please understand that “pre-received damage” only constitutes noticed “damage” to the product upon receiving the product. Any damage done to the product after the recipient acquires the package will be considered ineligible for return & will not be refunded. NO exceptions.

• Store credit is not yet available. Therefore, only credited refunds will be issued under the previously stated conditions of the clothing.

• Contact our team via email (rarityhq@gmail.com) to communicate all return inquiries. Please expect a reply turnaround time of 1-2 business days for all inquiries!

• Please note that products that are deemed eligible for return will ONLY be refunded after our team has received & processed the product(s).

• Please keep in mind that all orders will be acknowledged & packaged on Sundays & Tuesdays.

• In addition, please also expect that any orders placed before Tuesdays at 9pm EST will be shipped on Thursdays by 5pm EST.

To ensure longevity of the logo & clothing preservation:

• Cold machine wash recommended
• Turn clothing inside out when washing AND ironing (Black Rarity Tag showing)
• Do NOT bleach or dry clean
