What payment methods are available?All major credit card companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. are available to use for purchases. Klarna & AfterPay are not yet available, however, Apple Pay is approved for use.

Preservation DisclaimerRarity HIGHLY recommends that each customer use the following procedures when handling clothing items: - Turn clothing inside out (Black Rarity collar tag showing) whenever washing, drying or ironing. - Iron & dry clothing on low heat. - Wash clothing on cold setting.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?After the refund inquiry is approved by Rarity's team, funds should be available by your original payment method within 24 to 72 business hours (1-3 business days).

What items qualify as "refundable"?Items are only eligible for a refund under the condition of pre-recieved damage. In context, "pre-recieved damage" only includes ANY damage upon receipt of the product in its original state. Any damage done to the product AFTER receipt of the product will be deemed ineligible for refunding.

Can I exchange my item? I bought the wrong item/size.Yes! Exchanges are available, however, the customer must produce the shipping label to be sent back to Rarity.

How long will it take to ship my item?After your order has been processed, under the procedures of Standard Shipping, the items will be shipped by the following Thursday at 5PM EST. Accommodating arrangements for priority (faster) shipping will be made for orders placed under express shipping. See "What does it mean for my order to be 'processed'?" for more information on item processing.

What does it mean for my item to be "processed?"After placing your order, the items will need to be processed for packaging. Rarity's processing days occur on Sundays & Tuesdays before 9PM EST. Depending on the time the order was placed, expect that your order will be processed on the upcoming business processing day.

Is shipping available on holidays?No. Shipping will not be available on holidays. Orders will still be able to be placed on the website on holidays. However, we ask that you, at minimum, allow our team one business day before, the holiday itself, & one business day after to acknowledge, process & ship your item. Our policy stands in place for holiday shipping under the circumstances of altering postal hours. Thank you for your patience!
